Fantastic Fan Insulated Camco Vent Cover
As it turns out the Camco cover is not a one size fits all as they claim. Here is where it doesn’t fit and how I made it work with a vent fan such as a FantasticFan or MaxxAir fan.

Electrical Systems Prep
The most important thing is the wiring diagram and load calculations. This is the first step in the process. Design, Design, Design then build. I will be leaving plenty of capacity and prewiring throughout the van build for future expansion because there is no telling what may be needed or may change tomorrow.
